Archives
Any and all live recordings on your site may be traded not be bought or sold under any circumstances. Period. The Project participation is given freely, as long as there is no money to be made by anyone. This is FREE. Let's keep
it this way.
Taping
The Project encourages their fans to record shows and trade the music with their friends far and wide. Each venue that The Project plays at is asked to allow concert goers to bring their taping gear into the venue so long as the setup is not interfering with the experience of another fan.
Napster and other online Digital Recordings
While The Project promotes the taping and trading of live music, professionally recorded CDs and the project's live releases are copyrighted material, so the duplication and distribution of such material other than for personal use is prohibited by law. It's also bad karma because the Project depend on income from their professionally recorded CDs and the Project's live releases to help pay their bills.
